There are two types of pills: light ones like herbal capsules and heavy ones that are solid. If you tilt your head forward with the light ones, they float to the top of the water (back of the throat) and will swallow much easier. For the heavy ones tilt our head back. they will fall to the back of the throat. Swallow and it’s all over.
Hi , There are a lot of Meds that are HUGE in pill form & I read in a health journal that if you lightly coat the pill or capsule in olive oil , it slides down really easy . Hope this helps . DD :)
Stick the capsule as far back in your mouth as you can and think drink a lot of water, usually you can stick it so far back there that it slides down your throat with the water really quick and unnoticably.
Put it on the tip of your tongue and drink something thick like tomato juice.
