How to style hair to be curly?

Hey, I have brown thin but with a tiny wave to my hair and is neck length (like a bob). How do I style my hair like this photo? I tried scrunching with mouse and it goes flat and sticky, would I need a hair diffuser? Or is their a different way to get this style??? Step by step would be great! Thanks

1st- print out the picture your showing

     2nd- Take it to the salon (or whatever or whoever will cut your hair).
      3rd-Tell em to cut it like so
       4th- Let them cut your hair
        5th- ENJOY!!

1 - just take a shower 2 - dry your hair 3 - get hot rollers 4 - roll your hair 5 - let them cool down 6 - and take it dow after like 20 mins 7 - then put hair spair or go to purse buzz.com
