You can’t do anything - except get a breast reduction. Wearing a bra - 24/7 will help though. Do not sleep without one on either.

Lol, from someone who has bigger boobs, uhm they’re big, they’ll sag… nothing you can do… a bra in bed is just uncomfortable… you can get them lifted I suppose when you get older…

you cant stop it, gravity doesnt stop or slow down if there big and heavy, theyll sag and theyll sag a lot more as you get older if your overweight, then loosing weight may help them reduce a bit in size which would reduce some sag as theyd be a bit lighter but if your healthy, loosing weight wont really do anything other than that the only other option is a breast life or reduction when your legally 18 but as mandyloo said, wearing a bra helkps if your boobs are always being supported, that will reduce the sag and also help reduce it later on so make sure you get a very good supporting bra

Oh, I do wish that all the girls who keep asking about how to get bigger boobs would read your question and the responses!

One thing you can do is to build up your pectoral muscles - they’re the ones that do their best to support the breast area.

An easy exercise that needs no special clothing or equipment is simply to stand or sit straight, cross your arms in front of you at breast level. Grasp the wrist of each arm with your other hand, and then just press (toward the elbow) for a count or five or so. Relax, and repeat as often as you can. You can actually feel the muscles moving.

Find a good bra, and wear it all the time. I hardly ever go without wearing my bra - even when I sleep! I don’t understand why people say it’s uncomfortable. To me it’s not any more uncomfortable than wearing a bra during the day.

Another good piece of advice is to have proper posture. If you slump over, or hunch your shoulders, you’re not giving the proper support for your body.

Oh my mum always said.. to never wear a bra in bed
