How to reduce my weight?

I am trying my hard by taking only bread and salads at night. I take rice only at noon. Twice in a week i aslo go for running. Still I am not able to reduce my weight. My belly is day by day comming out. Please advice to how can i control my weight? Yes I need some wieght loss tips and tricks.

well, it sounds like you may not be getting enough calories, I know this sounds weird but when you don’t eat enough of the right foods your body going into starvation mode, and starts hoarding every calorie, instead of dropping pounds you just don’t get any where. You need to eat breakfast, it’s really important, something like oatmeat, or whole grain ceral and fruit, even yogurt in the morning will help. Rice is good, but make sure your eating brown rice, and add some veggies to it or shrimp or chicken, it will round out the health benefits of the rice. Srick to lean meats, like 3 oz. serving of skinless chicken, turkey breast, leam meats or fish, along with some veggies, fruits or salads, use the smallest amount of dressing, low fat kind, or the new spritzers they have are excellent and very low in calories. Switch from white flour products to whole grain, cereals, rice, pasta and breads. Smaller portions and exercise 3-4 times a wk 30-60 minutes, even it its just walking a mile, and then add to this.

You may not be doing enoughto lose your excess weight. I had the same problem, and so I started working out everyday but the weekends, and that has relly helped. Try not to excercise too much, because this can leave you drained of energy if you have not been working out as much before.

What kind of dressing are you using on your salad? I used to think I was eating healthy by eating a big salad every day until I found out the blue cheese dressing I slathered on had more fat than a cheesebuger and fries.

Are you eating whole grain bread? Whole grains have fiber that helps fill you up and feel satesfied.

A low-fat diet of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains is the healthiest. Your weight might not come off quickly but you should eventually get to a healthy weight eating this way.

insoluble fiber slows down the absorption of sugar into the blood stream. Increase your fiber intake with fresh raw fruits and vegetables. Increase your water intake. Go for brisk walks often. Take up a fun sport recreationally like rock climbing or mall walking with friends or swimming. It will take a minimum of four montsh to see any change.
