How To Pay Attention When Bored?!

Write a list of what you would like done differently in the classes and why and then speak to the your head and see what they think.We all have a right to express what might help us learn as long as we do it in a educated well mannered way.Good luck!

before going to class, make sure you eat a proper healthy breakfast. eat the proper brain food. sometimes the problem is you have no idea what the teacher is talking about. find out what the teacher will be teaching and read the material before the lecture. that way you’ll be able to understand and be less bored; you can relate easier. make sure you can ample sleep as well.

during class, have a bottle of water with you. I guess if your really falling asleep, have a short 2-4 minute break. go to the washroom and splash your face with freezing water. if your allowed have some small snacks with you during class, some nuts, etc. some people drink coffee or tea for the caffeine.

write notes, ask questions, sit in front of the class, and good luck.
