How to lower liver enzymes?

Answer #1

Usually, liver enzymes are high due to either excessive alcohol consumption, obesity, or specific medications. It’s fairly easy to stop all of these things – either decrease the amount of alcohol consumed, cease any medications that could be causing high liver enzymes, or eat a healthy diet and exercise to lose a bit of weight.
