how to lose weight...more

when I was younger I was sooo fat it was unbelievible! since then I’ve lost a lot of weight. im proud of that but im into my teen years quite flat chested and have a podgey belly. how can I get a flat toned body quikly without exersising lots (I alredy do that all the time - about 3 or more times a week)

well as a teen i would say start eating a healther diett and if u drink soda drink more water and jucies, and if that doesnt work, talk to ur doctor, but mostliky he/she will say ur fine the way u are. Sorry, but if you want to get toned, your going to have to workout more that 3 days a week. I try to workout everyday and I’m not even all that toned. If you have a pudgy belly, you can’t flatten it unless you loose weight. Sure, you can do all the crunches you want and build muscle UNDER the fat, but unless you loose weight, you won’t see them. But I wouldn’t worry about it, I recently lost 40lbs and now I’m 5,5 and weigh 130lbs. I don’t care if I’m muscular or not, I’m just proud I was able to loose all that weight! Even if you did manage to get toned, it’s sooooo much work to maintain it, but if it’s something you want really, really bad, then go for it.

u cud buy some small weights for ur arms…..its makes a huge difference over about 6 weeks. Avoid biscuits, their a killer and take ages to burn off. If u want 2 eat that kinda fing try jaffa cakes their lush and only have 1g of fat in each cake! Im also quite flat chested (only an A) but u can look bigger by buying a good bra (marks n spencer push up, £18 is bloody good!) Im quite thin and always have been but as im a teenager its hard 2 stay that way! I just go 4 walks alot and if ur sitting still it burns off fat if u keep fidgeting. Also do about 100 situps b4 u go 2 bed…it may seem like a freaksish weight loss programme but its really good and realy works, u also develop really good muscles without looking like a freak.
