How to lose weight fast?

I would like to lose at least 10-15 as fast as possible, anyone have any brilliant ides?

excercise? I biked on my stationary bike for 30 minutes 4 days a week at 20mph and lost about 5 pounds in one week + eat healthy. eat breakfast. I eat very often… like once every 3 hours… just a small meal or snack… ( like a banana.. .or a pb&j sandwich) to boost your metabolism. Drink lots of water. lots of fruit . get good sleep. I know… not really brilliant.
