How To Lose Loads Of Weight?

I want to lose loads of weight but I don’t want to strave myself or go on the fruit + veg diet because I’ve tried those and they are really hard.

I’ve started doing exercises and I might become a dog walker for my next door neighbours Jack Russel, Skip, but anyone got any other ideas!

Please help me lol

well there are a lot of things that you have to do. you have to watch out for foods with a lot of calories (like junk food). you also have to eat more meals a day, but with less food on your plate. so your stomach will get use to you not eating AS much. dont go to extremes though. you need to exercise more, like walking that dog (I have a jack russel/ beagle mix, and jack russels are HYPER) so good luck with that. well if you want to lose weight, and not have muscle, you can lift weights that are very LOW weight, but do a lot of reps. if you want to have some muscle, lift weights that are HEAVY but dont do a lot of them. if you want to lose weight FAST then drink a normal amount of water. but if you have a couple of weeks, drink A LOT of water. LOTS of water will at first, make you gain a lot of weight, but then about a week later, you will lose all of that plus a lot more. good luck, and remember to not starve yourself. once again, good luck

try this…your going to have to exercise a least 5 days a week its not that hard, go jogging at your local park for 30 min aleast… drink anything but soda…but if its hard for you get lemade or powerade etc, your going to have to change your eating habbits, try this lets say you go to wendys,,,iinstead of getting a burger and fries and soda, get chili beans with a potatoe and fruit punch,,,try this:

for 1 week:(5 days) go and walk/run/jogg/ for 35 mins eat theysame way you reagularly do. on the 2nd week your going to reazlize the sore will go away and you will have more energy. and your going to demand more,( thats when the change of food habbit will come to play)

try to eat a big @ss breakfast. and for luch try to eat somthing from your house if you cant try subway… when dinner comes eat a little bit,…

dont think as food as YUMMMYY .think of it as a way to kill the hunger,

what I do is I eat healty on the weekdays and on the weekends I eat whatever I want good luck

Do you actually need to loose LOADS? Everyone’s advice is good, but probably you just want to tone up and look more trim, because you don’t look overweight to me. In fact you don’t even look like you need to tone up, but that’s up to you. Healthy eating and the kind of exercise everyone is talking about is only going to be good, though, so have fun and enjoy walking the dog!

get your amount of body weight and divide it by two… drink that many ounces of water daily! Stay away from soda’s and any other drinks that are carbonated and high in sugar and sodium. I know you said not a fruit and veg diet, but try to get at least 5-9 servings a day! It helps, trust me. Replace all the things made with white flower and use wheat flour. Eat wheat bread, wheat pasta, brown rice. etc. I would buy a pedometer (it counts your steps) most people only get 2,000-3,000 steps a day when we are to get 10,000 or more!

That is the basics, but there is a lot more too it like exercising! I lost about 25 lbs doing that!
