How to lose weight from your inner thighs and stomach?

Im 15 years old and weigh 115 but I really hate my legs. I have a big hip/big butt not that huge & im a size 5 in pants. Don’t really know how to explain dis but on the inner part of my legs at the top..like were the bikini line is at well I have fat in that part of my legs & when I wear a bikini the top of my legs have a fat coming out which is really embarassing for me. How can I loose fat from my inner thighs? I dont like sports but I do walk a lot to school. Well and about my stomach…im not that fat from it but I want to be flat becuase for my cotillion I’m going to belly dance and well I dont want a big stomach and I have 4 months.

You can’t just lose weight on one part of your body. Fat comes off from everywhere. One word will love your problem “RUN”. Run/walk for about an hour 3x a week and it’ll fall off faster than you’ll realize.

use a hula hoop, I think thats what theyre called, they really tone the stomach area, and crunches work the legs too, also, eat healthily.
