How can I lose weight?

I want to lose weight for my yr 10 formal but I just can’t do it. I work out sometimes but after I feel really hungry and just eat junk. If I eat healthy, I get headaches and I try to drink water but sometimes it just doesn’t help.

well work out more often and when you get hungy eat healthy food. eat more fiber also helps lose weight by getting rid of waste. you may want to go to a doctor if you get head aches when you eat healthy.

run thirty minutes a day. take a walk for an hour, play some ball, or tennis.
