how to incease weight

I am doing excersice for 2 years with having good food and consulting with many experience persons but still I am slim.I need some suggestion

If you’ve been trying to gain weight for 2 yrs and still havn’t, then it’s clearly in your genetics to be slim. If you were to get bigger, that would probably be hazardous to your health. I’m sure you look perfectly fine anyhow, there’s no reason you should be trying to gain weight, unless you’re are deathly thin and a doctor directed you to. There are a lot of people who would kill to be slim. If you gain weight, there will probably be a lot of clothes you can’t get away with.If you still feel like you want to gain weight after hearing all that, then follow these guidelines:

  1. Eat no more than 500 extra calories each day, if you have to much, than you’ll gain weight too rapidly and your body won’t have time to adjust to your new frame, which can cause streatch marks and a variety of other problems.
  2. Keep up with your excersise regimen, to keep your heart in good health.
  3. Before starting any kind of weight gain or loss plan, consult a doctor.
  4. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results right away, believe me, they’ll come.
  5. Instead of eating sugar and junk food to gain weight, eat healthy foods, just a lot of it. Good luck, peace out.
