I had a waist-length hair..as you can see..but I made the biggest mistake of my life and now it’s just above my shoulder..

u havent mentioned what kind of hair you have. neways you can apply oil (preferably maha bhringraj oil)once a week and follow your with turban therapy.always try to keep your hair neatly braided if you cn.
