How To Get "Wet and Wavy" Style Hair??

Does anyone have advice on how to get “wet and wavy” style hair? Like, really little waves that look kind of wet, lol do you know what I mean? I’ve tried mousse and gel but both just make my hair look greasy, and it didn’t really work when I used a diffuser. My hair is naturally kind of straight with biggish waves. Thanks everybody! :)

Okay when I do that first I wet my hair a little, then part it in two like pig tails I guess, and take mouse scrunching each side, then I put my hair in two buns ( one on each side). And spray with a little hair spray. Then leave in for about 20 mins and take it out. Hope that helped :)

Have you tried mousse or curl activator. that may help just don’t over do the activator. also you can put big braids in it before you fall to sleep the take them of and that will help you with the deep wave.
