meaning tighter down there…do kegels…basically, you squeeze the muscles down there together like you are trying to hold in your pee and then release the muscles and just do it over and over…thats what I have heard.

Kegle exercises. Squeeze the pelvic floor muscles in contractions about 10-15 seconds, then release. Do this a few times / day, at least for 10-15 minutes….and you should see results with your partner in no more than a few months.
