How to get this guy to like me!?

I really like this guy. we are friends but we only started hanging out since january. I say this because we are 2 grades apart. we started chatting on m.y.s.p.a.c.e and became to like eachother. he is so silly and fun but… he like someone else. hes always asking me to ask people out for him. but I like him. he says im cute but never asked me out. I asked him but he said I don’t know. he still hasnt responded and its been like a month or 2. hes not going to. what do I do to make him like me?

Ask him out. Guys love it and even if he likes someone else believe me no man will turn down a woman asking him out. Go for it.
