How to get rounded corners on a photo?

I want to round the corners on my computer on some photos. I have googled it but it only comes up with how to do it on photoshop.

I have photoshop, but I have no idea how to use it.

If you could please either explain to me how to do it on photoshop in a really dum-dum english, or tell me a website that does it. Thanks :)

Edit it on photobucket ; go to where it says round corners

you should use picnik.com you can make the corners rounded anddd you can do alotta other things to make your pictures cute :) hope you try it,
