How to get rid of the darkness and puffyness under my eyes?

you can use green tea bags, after you use the tea bags to make the tea , use two of the bags and put them under yew eyes or rub then under yewr eyes for bout 10-15 mins, or yew can try raw patatos, cut a slice or two of patato and store the non slice patato and put it in the fridge for laer, and use the sliced pieces and rub them around under yewr eyes.

Something that I usually do before bed is shut my eyes and take my finger and slide it over my eye lid moving from the outer corner, in. It slides all the excess fluids and dirt from the day to the inner corners and apply preassure to your tear duct for a few seconds, this pushes the fluid out. No more puff. The fluid doesnt sit in your eye sockets all night. This poses a problem for some peeople, all day puffiness. Also apply pressure with frozen spoons under the eyes OR cuccumbers, they work. jesuismoi also has good advice, I might try that too.

This is what I do:

I put wet tea bags under my bottom eyelids for 10-15 minutes. After that, I put mushed up avocado slices under my eyes, almost like a paste. I leave that one for about 8-10 minutes. I then wipe it off, and wipe my face down with apple juice. My mum is a dermatologist, and she said that one of her colleagues was just talking about the effects of natural resources, like fruits and veggies. I hope this helped!

avoid rubbing your eyes, get 7 to 9 hours of sleep use cool tea bags or thin cucumber slices daily it works fine for me
