How to get rid of back fat?

Hey everyone! The title pretty much explains it all lol..I’ve lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, and im noticing a difference, but I’ve noticed that my back is bigger..any exercises that get rid of this??? Thanks

jogging at least 30 minutes a day will do a lot!

Squash.

It give you an excellent workout overall and will strengthen your back muscles and help you lose the fat around that area.

do lots of cardio. I’ve been doing a video (there are plenty) by a guy named Billy Blanks, - (he works out basically every part of the body) &I also just got a gym membership yesterday. I’ve lost 13.9lbs since the 25th of april… so, if that helps at all?

“EXERCISES” will just add you some muscle, and trust me, you don’t want that…

Just keep on your diet (?) thing, it will eventually remove your “back fat”
