How to "get over it"

Well this is a pathetic question but here goes. Well my boyfriend and I had been going out for 3yrs, he was my first crush,first boyfriend, first love, first kiss and well he dumped me for my best friend(ex best friend) now they are going out and every time I see them at school my emotions go hay wire. How do I get over this? Im depressed. What do you think I should do.

he is not worth your time , try talking to other people that interest you , I promise you over time your heart will heal :) I got dumped by a guy , I was crushed , I told myself I was going to give up on love , but a little while later , my wounds healed and I found someone else :)
