How to get rid of my pimples?

Im 22 years old, im now here in italy searching for work.. I have a problem in my face, I have lots of pimples. I already lost them when I’m in college but when I work, they get back. I also stop using the one that I use before because it had no effect here, since the weather here in italy and in the philippines are different. What are the home remedies that I can use. I also try stop using hair cream because I think that’s one reason why I get big pimples. I am now using an astringent made here in italy which helps my other cousins. How long an astringent have effects? I think I am using it for 3 months now already. The acne also leaves a mark on my face. And by the way I also need your help on how to get rid of scars on my feet. Thanks.. I hope someone will help me, I want to have a normal life..

it is impossible to rid of them squeeze away that pimple let it pop wash your face after word and some anti bact. gel on after than go to bed relax no stress and you wake up it will still be there but less red and next day it will be gone , dont use to much anti bact . med or you will make it worse 3 times a day thats it

go to this site and you will find out everything you need to know about acne. I use a cream containing Benzoyl peroxide (I get the one they sell on the site) but I am sure they have creams like that in italy at any drug store or pharmacy, just ask them. Put it on your face liberally at night on the area you get acne (not just on the pimples) after you wash your face. If you are consistent you will see great results. My sister and I have never had nicer skin and we both have completely different skin types. Also only use your astringent in morning after you wash your face, then put moisturizer. If you wear make up, limit it as much as possible and if you have to wear it - wear only mineral makeup (That you can pretty much find anywhere too).

To get rid of pimples on your chest, use a pimple clearing cream such as Clearasil or Garnier. Do it at night and in the morning. If not affective, see your GP

  1. Keep you hands off of your face. This is extremely important. Unless your hands have just been washed do not touch your face with them. All day, your hands come in contact with bacteria and oils that can and will spread your acne and make it worse. Don’t sit there feeling them and popping them all day long.

  2. Wash your face gently with Warm water and a soft wash cloth 2-3 times a day. Do not use a tough wash cloth. Once this is done you can then apply your exfoliant, which works well in the fight against acne.

  3. Baby Powder can work well in drying out your pimples and getting rid of them. Remember to wash your face first though.

  4. Eat plenty of nutritional foods that are high in fiber, iron, protein, and zinc. Also remember to drink plenty of water as It helps flush a lot of toxins out of your body.

Don’t wash your face a lot (sorry to disagree). It will make your skin dry, then you’ll have more dead skin cells and they will clog up your pores. A pimple with dead skin cells is harder to get rid of than a pimpe just full of bacteria (my cousin is becoming a dermatologist)

wash your face but don’t scrub that you cause dry skin!!!and use that stuff the other girl is using!!@!!
