How to get my dad to undersatnd me
Hi my name is tiffany and I am trying get my dad to love me as a doughter I feel like he does not love me at all he yells at me for something I did not do but he thinks I did sometimes I feel lefty out and sometimes I do not think I love him but I do not want that I want to love my dad I am suposed to be his little girl but I know I am not to him asnd I want to try so I was woundering if you can help b/c I know my dad does not love me at all b/c he shows he don’t.
I’m sure he Loves you - maybe doesn’t know how to show it - I would write a letter and let him know what’s in my heart and see what happens…I wish you every happiness !!
First he may not know that he isn’t showing his love for you to your satisfaction and he may not know how.
Second, he may be just so busy trying to make a living that he doesn’t realize he is neglecting to show his love for you.
YOU need to try to communicate your thoughts and feelings to him. Communication is the key.
My dad was the same way with me it seemed like he never cared about me or anything I did he just doesnt want to see you grow up thats what my dad told me have you tried talking to him?? that might help I had to sit down and talk to my dad and he realized how much he was hurting me by telling me he never cared so I think you should talk to him and tell him how you feel I hope this helps also maybe you can write to him how you feel that was better for me because I couldnt always get everything I wanted to tell him out
