How to get my boyfriend to be more into me?

I have been going out with my boyfriend billy for 2 months and I really really like him hes amazing but… he cal me at like 9:00 at night. sometimes he dosent txt me back (most of the time.. he says its cause hell just call me) when were together we dont always look like a couple I mean recentally its been a little better but I dont know like im not saying I want him to be wipped but I would like hi to be a little more into our relationship ya know!!??? so does anyone have any idea to get him a little more interested
