How to get his trust back?

OK.. so like I’ve been dating this guy for a while. and im totally in love with him. people had been telling me he was cheating on me and I guess I listen to them I don’t know why tho.. but anyways. I started talkin to his because. who has been my best friend for almost 7 years. and like I can trust him with everything and anything. but like I told him he could come ove one day just to HANG OUT and I seriouly ment hang out. and like he started kissin me and touching me and stuff and I didnt want him to I tried to stop him but he was abusing me by hitting me and stuff and holding me down…ya hes strong! and I couldnt do anything about it. and we ended up just kissing and he stuck his hands down my pants. but thats it! I swear! and bc I didnt let him do me. and went off and tol my boyfriend. so now my boyfriend broke up with me.. im trying soo hard to get him back. and he said he will think about it once he knows he can trust me. so what im here to ask is.. how can I prove it to him that he can trust me?

PLEASE HELP! im so hurt! I love him to death!! what can I do to prove he can trust me?
