How to fix my laptop that display black screen?

When I turn on my laptop its turn(on/off) button lit and the processor blinks for a few times and stop.

But the screen is still black… As in completely black!

The screen of my laptop is kinda squeaky… So I suspect that it might be its wire got damaged? My cousin borrowed it and it was working… When she give it to me with the screen closed… and when I turn it on it goes black!

Yesterday, I was scanning my 2G SD which is infected with trojans (autorun) and I Put some tape because its lock was taken off. So I scan it with kaspersky internet security 2009 (updated) and got rid off the trojans.

Until now it didnt work
