How to finger my girlfriend or rub her clit

Hey…me…Again.. Well I have done both to her…But I am really crap at them both and I would love some good advice how to do it well…I always seem to hurt her when rubbing her clit…Help me???

If you are hurting her - then you are doing it TOO HARD. Slow down and don’t press as hard. That is a very sensitive area - it may not be hurting at first, but after continuous pressure that is too hard - it will hurt and be unpleasant.

I keep them wet and I do it hard…Because she likes it…and I get her to do it firstly using my hand so I know..But I just akways hurt hr…no matter what… :’(

Remember that a woman’s clit is VERY sensitive. You have to be gentle, it also feels way better if your fingers are wet and not dry.
