How to eat tomatoes?

I really, really dislike the taste of tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, green tomatoes, I just don’t like the taste of them at all. But I’m starting a fat flush and tomatoes are one of the main things I’m suppose to eat (because they’re extremely nutritious). Anyone know of some way I could prepare them so that I may like them better? Or anything they may go well with them to distract me from the taste? Thanks (:

I know just how you feel: I also hate tomatoes!

But, something that surprised me is that I love the taste of sun-dried tomatoes. They have a distinctly different, richer flavor than regular tomatoes–and just as important, a different texture. If you haven’t already, give ‘em a shot. You can find them at most grocery stores.

Cut tomatoes in half, remove the inside stuff so you have two ‘tomatoes’ cups, then add whatever you want inside it, eg: mince meat (eweee) or cheese or other diced vegetables.

Using the BBQ or a just a pan, if you don’t have access to your dad’s BBQ to chargrill your tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into chunky pieces and thread them through steel skewers, place them directly onto the bbq grill…I put tomatoes, egg plants, capsicums and potatoes on the skewers and serve these on a plate with some indian jasmine steam rice…My favourite dish, it’s delicious and ideal for weight watchers

P.S. do not get the curry flavoured jasmine rice, it’s horrible and leaves an after taste in your mouth
