How to eat/slice a coconut?

YYYAAAHHH! How do you eat a coconut? But first of all, how do you slice it? So frustrated

Get a thick squarehead screwdriver (I use a knife sharpening steel for this, but not everybody owns one of those), place it on one of the three “eyes” on the end of the coconut, and using a quick, firm blow, hit it with a hammer…it will crack and split open

Would you believe that when I went through culinary school, we actually had a class on this?

U lightly hit it w/ a hammer. OUTSIDE OR IN A PLACE THAT you CAN EASILY WASH IT AWAY!!!

I use my Dad’s machete and bam,it’s sliced. Take a straw and sip the juice.
