How to Draw a 2 side image?

I saw a drawing in an exhibition, when I looked at it from one side ‘it was a warrior’ and when I look at it from the other side ‘it was a unicorn’. Anyone knows the technique? I’ve searched for the drawing technique and I could find it.

Draw out a simple silhouette and then come up with another idea when you flip it around. It depends how the first drawing is set up, then it’s all about the detailing.
