Using basic spanish grammar.
Start with the subject - OR you can skip the subject and start with the verb tense that indicates the subject (eg, the first person, second person, etc):
He / she / it / Ud. forms
We / We formal
They / them
Those are the basic verb formations...then, you use the object, and if the object has an adjective, use the adjective *after* the object (noun) instead of before.
There is more to the grammar beyond that, but that's the basic way to construct a sentence in Spanish.
