How to clear pimples quick?

please help me beacuse im breaking out a lot lately? tell me how you may have cleared your acne?

I’ve tried everything and nothing seemed to work except for Neutrogena Clean and Clear. Wash your face with water that is as hot as you can stand it twice a day. Follow the directions on the bottle for the rest. Another thing that helps is to put masks on once a week. I use an avacado kind that you can buy at whole foods or the fresh market and there are these kinds that are sold at Marshalls or TJ Maxx that come in blue or green bottles. They are clay masks. Toothpaste dries out new pimples, and rids them quickly, overnight or sometimes even in a few hours. Washing your face with a scrubbing bar help smooth out the skin afterwards, and then just apply a light moisturizer/lotion afterwards.
