How to become a singer
I am an awesome singer and I want to be a singer! How can I become a singer please help!
lol you just said you were a good sing and you’re a singer but you want to know how to become a singer. How come I’m the only one that noticed this… I think you might want to rephrase this and maybe say “How do I become a better singer. “ or “How do I become a well known singer.”
ok well you can try american idol and if that dont work for you then try posting stuff up on you tube and places like blogg sites where people can see them and maybee a producer or sumn wil come across you and see that you got talent
If you’re old enough, try American Idol or one of those shows or something, if you’re really passionate about it. You can send some of your songs or a video of you singing or something to one of those recording studios. Sorry, I don’t have much info but it always seems like all of the famous singers get discovered by a music label. Hope some of this helps! God bless ya! Hope you become famous!!
if your not old enough for american idol then try americas got talent
I need the same answer but I just dont know
HELLO THIS IS ACTULLY ALEXAANDRA BURKE AND WHAT I DID WAS GO ON X-FACTOR AND I’M HAVING THE TIME OF MY LIFE YOU JUST GO FOR IT AND ONE DAY YOUR DREAM WILL COME TRUE XXX HIYA ALOL MY FANS THANKS EVERYONE FOR VOTING FOR ME I COULDN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH XX
Just because you say you are a great singer does not make you a great singer. If you watch American idol you will see in the early tryouts many singers that think they are great, but they are not.
The first thing you need to do is to find several independent musicians and have them evaluate your voice. Depending on what they say will determing what your next step is.
If they all think that you have promise, the next step would be to locate a “VERY GOOD” vocal teacher. This teacher should be interested primarily in you and not just the money they may charge you… You need to consider that even the people who win American idol go on and take “more” voice lessons.
The next step is to get some experience. This can be done by singing in church either as a soloist or in the choir. Also you could join a local band as their backup singer or perhaps lead singer.
Unfortunately the majority of people cannot jump into a professional singing position over night. The odds are that the same will be true for you… After you sing with a group for awhile, your confidence will grow and your exposure to other professional people will increase.
The next after you have lessons, experience and perhaps exposure is to make a demo CD. If you have friends with a “good” home recording studio you can use them. Otherwise you may need to locate a professional recording studio.
Think of it like this… people graduate H.S. and go on to college for 4 or more years. During this time they learn their trade and then after they graduate from college they are then qualified to get a high paying job… Similarly a vocalist has to fine tune their voice through practice practice practice, and the best way to do that is through lessons, singing with bands, church etc.
The good thing about singing with a band is that you can earn money while you practice your trade… One word of warning is that many bands wind up playing in bars. You need to make sure that this will fit your morals and lifestyle.
One last thing… What if your voice is not as good as you may think and you have no trainable talent. Don’t get discouraged, their are always altenatives… sing for your family who will usually love you… take up an instrument such as a guitar or drums… get a job in a music company such as a recording studio, there you can be around the music you love even though you may only be the secretary out front.
Honestly approach your situation with the understanding that not everyone is going to be the next Michael Jackson, but that does not mean that you can’t find other ways of enjoying life.
Lots of luck… Don Cinemotion Pictures & Sound
