Ok I’m a guy but from a lot of girls I heard. Make sure your comfertable. Make sure your wet and jently message the lips of your vagina and rub lightly your clit the skin above your vagina about half away up from the opening once your wet Slowly incert a fingure and slowly wiggle your figure when it’s in and slowly pull it in and out. Once your comfy with that you can incert two fingures. And do the same. Hope that helped

Right away in morning/anytime shower or bath whlie water is running, willl cover up any noises from yourself!
