How should I decorate my new bedroom?

My parents are fixing to add on a new room to our house and this room will become my bedroom. I am really excited, but I don’t know how I should decorate it. I have looked up many different themes and decorating tips on the internet but I didn’t really care for any of them. I don’t mind if it is pink but I don’t really want it to be too girly with like flowers and paisley everywhere though. Any great ideas?

go to like… walmart.com or macys.com and they’ll have dorm stuff there 4 back 2 school. You can buy really cool stuff at department stores or check out salvation army or goodwill for stuff they might have there
