How does photography relate to math?

How photography relates to math?

Answer #1

Hi!

Well, in photography you have to calculate the aperture and shutter speed that should be used depending on the amount of light in the camera.

Aperture is expressed as F-stop, e.g. F2.8 or f/2.8. The smaller the F-stop number (or f/value), the larger the lens opening (aperture).

Depending on which aperture you use, you have to calculate the shutter speed that corresponds to it in order to get the best possible exposure.

Hope that helps.
