How Old do you have to be to move out of your parents home in DE?

I have lived with my Grandmother and Uncle until I was taken away at 6yrs old. I always wanted to go back and live with them. I do not feel whole in my Moms house with my step dad and 3 brothers. I want to go back and live with them. What age can I ask the courts in DE to let me go back? I feel like I am being forced to live somewhere I do not want to live. I am 14yrs old going on 15yrs old in may.

It all depends why they took you away from your other people. If it was because of nothing thn your grandmother and all could fight for you and you can go whit them.

to telll you the truth at 17 in new york you are legally able to move out and be on your own BUT! are you prepared is the question moving out comes with wayyy to much responsibility but you can a room and bunk with a room mate if you like e it will help a buch heehee
