I know I am really over weight but how much should I weigh… Weigh 227 im bout 5’6 I think that is my height but im only 13 that is like really bad isnt it but what are some ways to loose weight

Hi sweetie you’re 13 at that age they tell you not to worry about weight. I know how highschool kids could be mean. Wow you’re 5’6 at 13 you’re not even done growing. With your body changes are still coming so you could slim out. The main thing you should pay attention to is your BMI (BODY MASS INDEX) You can google it and find out what yours is. You have to be happy with yourself and if you are not you have to change whatever you’re not happy about. To lose weight you want to stay around 1200 cals a day keep a journal it helps write down what you eat. Also WATER WATER WATER. Did I mention water lol, water flushes out your system. If you don’t like water like me use crystal lite the flavor packets and mix it with your water. They taste great. Any type of workout is good. I like to dance in the mirror for 30 mins a day its fun and workout and its a workout at the same time. I’m 5’6 as well so they tell you around 130 to 150 is healthy. memej is right about the 13 and not worrying about weight but you are not a healthy weight. you need to diet and excersize is what you need to do and thats just the way it is. eat HEALTHY and excersize as much as you can. walk , run. lots of fruits, vegies and water. stop turning to food for comfort! the healthy weight for 5’6 is anywhere between 125 and 154 lbs.

5’6 and 227? Wow. I’m 5’7 and 135, and the doctor said I was fine. Therefore, you should probably be at a similar number. Walk walk walk, change your diet, and get off the computer.

love yourself the way you are first of all,, would you rather be as skinny as those anorexic models??ewww no gross right?and extra skin isnt bad theres tons of guys out there that like girls with extra skin,but if you wanna loose weight exercise eating right dont starve yourself eat little of everything no junk food so often!!I used to be someone that would find joy in food,I weould eat and eat because I felt bad about my self I would find satisfactory to eat,I lost weight by exersise and leaving the junk food aside and a help from a therapist to make my mind motivate,,well goodluck
