Okay, I’m guessing you’re in the UK because I don’t totally understand some of your wording, but first of all, you are 13, don’t worry about losing weight by christmas.

But to answer your actual question, the proposed diet seems relatively balanced…the secret to weight loss is not starving yourself, it is making the right choices. Starving yourself is a common mistake, if you DON’T eat enough calories each day, it actually slows down your metabolism.

From the exercise you’re suggesting, it seems that you have a very active lifestyle with dance and everything. and with excercise you burn calories, but you have to eat some of those back, or you can end up with the same problem as not eating enough calories. It is the difference between Gross Calories (The total calories ate within a day) and Net Calories (the total calories ate minus the calories burned off through exercise, as well as every day living[walking, sitting, standing, etc.])

Find the right balance, and you will be able to accomplish your goal. Also note that it isn’t healthy for your body to lose more than 1 lb a week, so don’t go overboard or you can end up doing major damage to your body’s systems and organs.
