How much is too much veggie?

Hey ! I’m trying to lose my belly I really love fd I’m not to big but I have a gut so I’m trying to lose it so I want to no can to much veggie be bad for my “diet” I like broclii and carrots ect but I can eat more then a hand full so it that to much or what?

If you’re going to eat excess of anything - let it be veggies.

Veggies are low in calories and fats, so they’re a safe snacking option if you’re hungry (fruit is also good, but high in natural sugars, so it’s better to gets the fruits in the morning)

Just make sure you’re not excluding other important parts of your diet - proteins and good carbs are essential to good health.

Also, make sure you’re drinking enough water, and a few crunches a day would help tone that tummy up for you.
