mh2m is absolutely correct in everything that he wrote. Most rhinoplasty’s are done without any external stitching and is all done through the inside skin of the nostrils tho. It truly does take about one year to see the final results of the surgery. It’s basically weighing out the pain and suffering vs. the results. I am glad that I had it done but if I could go back I am not sure that I would do it again.
