I'm a 15 year old girl and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much exercise I should be doing a week? Or how many minutes a day? Please can some one help me find out, I've tried looking on the internet but I don't think it was very truthful. Thank you.
According the American Heart Association, it's recommended that teenagers raise their heart rates for 20 consecutive minutes at least three times a week. They sound like someone you can trust :)
You should be doing about 30 - 60 minutes 3 to 5 days a week but it depends on what your body can do .
