a facial piercing isnt the best idea at your age be aware that a school with a dress code wont allow them youll have to take them out for a job and you must have parental consent to get them because your a minor and under the age of 16

as for price navle (bellybutton) is around $40-$60 and lip is also around $40-$60 the average is around $50 though

Keep in mind that you’ll need a parent/legal guardian to sign forms agree to everything. Here in the USA the legal age to get a piercing/tattoo without parental consent in most places is 18.
