How many days my sister has been alive...?

hi, for my sister’s 13th bday prez I am engraving how many days she has been alive on a silver ring.

I’ve calculated 4749 days, from her birthday 16 january 1997, till 16 january 2010 (her bday im giving it to her).

I really dont want to get the number wrong, so if someone that is smart could maybe do some quick math and confirm I have got the number right it would be much appreciated.

ps I used a website to do it, then just added on the days we havent had yet.

4748 I hope she likes it :)

I get 365 X 13 = 4745

and then add extra days for each leap year.

That would be 2000, 2004,2008

Thus I get to 4748

4,748 is the correct answer according to a java program I wrote to calculate the difference in days between two dates. (Since the method to calculate the dates is being used in a production environment by a bunch of accountants, I’d say it’s accurate.)
