How many calories was in the food I ate today?

Ok so.. I was wondering how many calories I ate today, and if I ate ok.

Breakfast: Bowl of raisin bran crunch with skim milk

Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with a 100 cal yogurt

And then I had to eat soup, but it was veggie soup and I ate mostly veggies with a little noodles.

Dinner: Bowl of cream of wheats, with a little skim milk, and a piece of toast VERY LIGHTLY peanut buttered.

And then I have to have an orange later.

How many calories is this, is it to much, and will it make me gain weight?

If t helps I am 5”4 and 124lbs.

thisgurl135 is right. one time I stopped eating less and I lossed a lot of weight but then I started back eating just a little more than when I was eating less and I put on a load quickly. when I did gain a lot of weight it went to wrong spots of my body. keep eatin the way you are but exersize too. this meens your body isnt starvin and while your exersizing your slowly losing weight. hint..when your body is not getting the food.. it hides it to fat cus your body thinks it might starve later… say if you havnt ate anything at all in a week then you go to eat a sandwitch or something your body will just send your food straight to fat cus your body thinks it might starve later so its pretty much saving it for later. what you ate was fantastic just don’t over feed urself and exersize and you will lose weight. you don’t have to exercize to much unless you cheat your diet and eat a big corse meal that would meen that you need to exersize heavier and more that day. good luck. hope I helped.

actually you can gain weight from eating less, if you suddenly stop eating or suddenly eat less you will loose weight quickly but it will then re-bound + you will put on a load, take it from me, I’ve been there.

If anything, I’m afraid you aren’t eating enough, which means you could gain weight.

A dinner of cream of wheats is not balanced. You should have a 5oz portion of protein (milk isn’t enough, IMO), some green veggies and a small scoop of starch. You are making healthy choices, but not enough food…

The other answerer is wrong, you are eating planty, just not the right types of food. Instead of more carbohydrates like that cream of wheat, and that peanut better, try to get more vegetables and protien. It’s important to keep it balanced if you dont want to gain weight. Try eating smaller more frequent meal made up of veggies, fruits, and whole-grain carbohydrates. You won’t gain weight by eating less, but you won’t be healthy it its not balanced.
