How long should I tan???

I am 15 and I want to start tanning. I need to know how long and how often I can tan???

First of all. if your wanting to get tanned, Never go to a solarium! They cause skin cancers and shit, But if you want a nice tan, just put I little bit of suncream on and lay down on a trampoline for about 20 minutes(turning over halfway), or until your skin feels and looks a little dry, then for about 25 minutes have a break from tanning, and just occasionally do stuff in the sun while moving around. Then apply more suncream and do it again about 2 more times. Be careful with tanning, because sometimes, certain places get more tannned than others, like my friend, (white face, bronze back) Anyway gud luck :D

last time I went I went for about 8 minutes the first few times and then after a while you can go longer but start out with a lower number rather than the full time right off the bat.

when you go to the tanning salon, ask them what they recommand, tanning booths are different, so you dont tan the same amount of time in all of them. Also I would suggest not tanning to often, do it enough to get tan than cut back, do just enough to keep that tan. Remeber if you tan to much it can cause skin cancer and also make your skin look like leather. I have seen it happen
