How long to cats live?

My cat is seven years old. She’s very lazy and sleepy. An average of how many years do cats live for?

Cats have a healthy lifespan of around 12-20 years. Depending on the quality of life and whether they are indoor or outdoor cats, their lifespans can be greatly affected. Most outdoor cats have a shorter lifespan due to the fact that they come in contact with more viruses, have a rougher life, cars, dogs, etc. If you have an indoor cat, keep an eye on obesity for a healthier lifestyle.

They can live up to around 15 if taken care of properly can even get older.. cats just have their phases your cat is getting old (same rule applys as dog years) and like any elderly person they love their naps.
