how long does it take for chihauhas to carry puppies? my chihauhas got pregnant about six weeks ago,how long will it take to give birth?

8-9 weeks. Katiegirl123, Did you have a typo ? Because ONLY people are pregnant with a child for 9 months. Not dogs. I HOPE you had a typo, If not then you must be stupid.

my Chihuahua just had her puppies and it takes around 8-9 weeks or 63days and it can take 2 to 12 hrs for her to deliver her pups mine started around 1pm and had the first at 8pm then the rest between 9-10pm she had 6 puppies. they are all healthy

You got a little over 2 weeks to learn something about dogs…please use your time constructively…and DO SOME READING!!

Katiegirl, dogs are NEVER pregnant for 9 months…that is PEOPLE. Gawd, I can’t stand it!
