How ladies do I propose to my girlfriend?

im not putting the ring in the bottle people! and its a private beach. plus I said bury! come on only I will know where it is. common sense people

So the first idea is to get engaged to her without her consent and hope she likes the idea when she wakes up, and the second idea is entirely dependent on no one removing your one and only prop before you arrive.

I think the second one is creative but I agree with mikeh (yes I realise the ring isnt in the bottle) I think there are too many variables. Could you maybe get a friend to set up a picnic down on the beach in secret and you could take her for a walk down on the beach and surprise her with that there, read her your poem and propose like that. I think a 3rd party to help you is almost a necessity.

Awww they are so sweet and imaginative. I like the second one better. It seems so spontanious and she really wouldnt be expecting that. On the other hand the ring slipping on the finger when she is asleep, well in the morning she wont be as AHHH!!! HOORAY!!! about it because she will have just woken up. The second one is definetley better and so different. Do the second one. It sounds amazing and spontaneous!
