How is my poem?

This is a poem I wrote about a year ago, is it good? Its called time. :) thankyou xxx

Time the only certain form of death The aging, a newborns first innocent breath The soft but hard tick of seconds flying by When one grows old their weery wise sigh

The beat of a heart fading slowing down While the world keeps on spinning all that way around

Children play, laughing along singing that one very special, favourite song

The young the old There are so many wonders to behold The world full of mystery and fun But there is still hate and sorrow The tears or joy of tomorrow We shall just have to wait and see…

Time is our killer One mans hope and ones winner But the clock keeps on ticking The hands never stop Of that one little… Enternal clock.

Is it ok? ;p I hope its alright
