How is it that girls expect guys to?

I would really like to know why girls expect guys to approach them some girls are more agressive but I also find the more agressive ones to be less attractive overwight bi*chy coming off like sluts etc. Can it be that all respectable pretty girls are shy? or do you really believe its the job of the man to initiate everything and introduce?

I would like to say I am attractive and agressive (not slutty) and if I want something I go after it, BUT at the beginning when first first meeting…I am sooo shy and nervous it’s unbelievable and I enjoy when the guy approaches me and are confident. (Don’t get me wrong I don’t invite every guy that pays attention to me over, but I am saying if I am out and I see a cute guy and I notice he doesn’t have a ring on, or a girl on his arm with buddies, I kinda do the eye contact thing and smile a little) but I won’t approach or talk until they speak first or at least say hi. Hope this gives you some insight.
